Get fit with free virtual cardio and strength training sessions with fitness instructor
Odie Tolbert of Cardi-O Fitness. Enjoy gentle, yet challenging exercise that uses
your own body weight. No equipment is needed���just the internet, about 45 minutes and
the desire to get fit.
The free live sessions are offered every Tuesday and Thursday online at 1:15 p.m. for full-time and part-time employees through Human Resources and Grants Management���s Transforming Lives for Better Health Program.
